Labor Law specialist. Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) in 1974. Specialist in Public Law from the Center for Legal Culture of Bahia. Served as a public attorney for the Municipality of Simões Filho for over 30 years. Coordinates the labor law department at Costa Oliveira Advogados.
Ricardo Costa Oliveira
Lawyer specialized in estate planning and corporate transactions. Graduated in Law from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS) in 2007. PhD candidate in Commercial Law at PUC-SP. Master's in Business Law from the University of California – Berkeley and FGV-SP. Specialist in Wealth Management from Stanford University. LL.M and MBA from Insper-SP. Member of the Applied Corporate Law Institute (IDSA).
RENATA BOMFIM CARNEIRO
Lawyer specialized in estate planning and corporate transactions. Graduated in Law from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS) in 2007 and in Accounting from Universidade Estácio de Sá in 2020. Marcos Machado
Environmental Law Attorney. Graduated in Law from Faculdade Jorge Amado in 2006. Holds a postgraduate degree in Environmental Law from PUC-SP. Has worked in the public sector, including at IBAMA and INEMA, where he served as Director of Environmental Enforcement for over a decade. Former professor of Environmental Law and Constitutional Law at UNINASSAU, Environmental Legislation at SENAI/CETIND, and Environmental Law at the Higher School of Advocacy of the Brazilian Bar Association – Bahia Chapter (OAB/BA). Member of the Environmental Protection Commission of the OAB/BA.
Alexandre Martfeld de Pinho

Specialist in compliance policy implementation and risk management, with an educational certificate from B3 (Stock Exchange). Master's degree in Economics and Innovation from the University of Salamanca and in Project Management from FGV. Degree in Maritime Law, Marine Economics, and Ocean Governance from the Naval War College. Law degree from Universidade Nove de Julho – UNINOVE, in 2024. Works in the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT) and seeks to expand her contributions through consulting and leadership of projects that promote innovation, sustainability, and governance in complex and high-impact areas, such as the development of new financial products and the implementation of compliance and control policies for regulated sectors and maritime infrastructure.
