Costa Oliveira Lawyers has gathered experience over 40 years of acting in Law. As time passed, it developed due to the fusion of experiences of the lawyers Maria de Fátima Costa Oliveira & Ricardo Júlio Costa Oliveira, along with the interest of creating a boutique structure turned to corporate law and consulting.

Marcos Machado

Graduated in Law from Faculdades Jorge Amado in 2006. Specialist in Environmental Law from PUC-SP. As a lawyer Marcos Machado has extensive experience in the environmental area, especially in the public sector, where he worked at IBAMA, and for more than a decade he was a servant of the state agency for the environment and water resources of Bahia – INEMA, where he served as Director of Environmental Inspection. As a professor, he taught Environmental Law and Constitutional Law at UNINASSAU, and Environmental Legislation at SENAI/CETIND, as well as in preparatory courses at the Superior School of Law of the OAB. In addition, he is a formal member of the Environmental Protection Commission of the OAB/BA.

Taught at the São Salvador University. University speaker on law themed subjects. Coordinates the Civil Law nucleus at Costa Oliveira Lawyers.

Graduate from Unijorge. Postgraduate in Administrative Law from Centro de Estudos José Aras. Specialization in the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) from Faculdade Baiana de Direito e Gestão. Acts in Advisory and Consulting with LGPD in Labor Relations.
